"I was coming off of one of my most productive years but at age 29, I knew something was seriously wrong. I felt horrible and feared I wouldn’t make it through another season healthy without some form of change. Dr. Pastore did a full investigation into my body and it’s chemistry and put into place a plan of action that was specific to me from what he uncovered from the testing and his experience as a practitioner.
I had a lot of health problems as a kid, asthma and allergies and kind of grew out of them as I had gotten older but there was always these underlying issues that nobody could really explain. Dr. P unearthed a mountain of issues that had been there my whole life and went out of his way to explain to me the how’s and why’s and also help me clean up my diet specific to me, turn me on to NSF approved for sport supplements that allowed me to reach my full potential.
Each year we worked together I continued to get stronger, healthier and the long-term issues subsided. Dr. P takes a very hands on approach and is invested in his clients, you will not find a more intelligent caring personal Doctor to help you reach your potential in professional or amateur sports. A truly one of a kind in modern medicine."
"In 2009 after the post season, after the World Series, I'm on anti-inflammatories second half of the year. I'm having surgery. I can barely walk down the steps the day after the World Series. You know, you're on pure adrenaline and anti-inflammatories. I go and have this surgery, come out, do the rehab. And the director of rehab says, "Well, you should be good by now." My physical therapist says, "Well, you should be good by now." But I still can't run 40 yards. Right around the 40 yard mark when I'm sprinting, the pain gets really intense. I can barely keep going.
Through a mutual friend I find out about Dr. Pastore. Within five days of starting the program, I could run 100 yards sprint. I have this incredible admiration and respect for Dr. Pastore. Not just professional where I think he's the brightest and the best at what he does in the world, but as a human being. It's just so much more important."
